Leadership Level Webinar 

This free virtual hospitality training session is offered quarterly, with the next session scheduled to take place Monday, January 13, 2025, at 1:00 pm. The topic for this session will be “Wellness & Service vs. Hospitality”Wellness: A discussion on how the Luxury travelers’ expectations have evolved over time. Service vs. Hospitality: A discussion around the relationship and the understanding that both service and hospitality are critical in the luxury segment; highlighting the distinct differences between the two and how to embrace strategies for execution. The webinar will be 90 minutes in duration, followed by a 15-minute Q&A with your Forbes Travel Guide Executive Trainer.
